The router complies with ADSL worldwide standards. It supports downstream rate up to 12/24 Mbps with ADSL2/2+, 8Mbps with ADSL and upstream rate up to 1 Mbps. The BiPAC 7300(G) supports Annex M for ADSL2/2+, providing higher upload speeds by doubling the upstream data rate.

Easy Sign-On (EZSO)
The Easy Sign-On (EZSO) technology allows users to establish an ADSL connection effortlessly via standard web browser like IE. The router can automatically detect the PPPoE/PPPoA or DHCP protocol for your ADSL connection. Just log into the system with the username and password provided by your ISP, and the router will automatically establish the Internet connection. This user-friendly design supports all operating systems.

Robust Firewall Security
Along with the built-in NAT natural firewall feature, the router also provides advanced hacker pattern-filtering protection. It can automatically detect and block Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. Built with Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), the router enables users to determine whether or not a data packet is allowed to pass through the firewall to the private LAN.

With integrated 802.11g Wireless Access Point in the router, the device offers a quick and easy access and mobility to the users among wired network, wireless network, broadband connection (ADSL). In addition to 54 Mbps 802.11g data rate, it is also backward compatible with existing 802.11b equipment. The Wireless Protected Access (WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK) and Wireless Encryption Protocol (WEP) supported features enhance the security level of data protection and access control via Wireless LAN . If your network requires wider coverage, the built-in Wireless Distribution System (WDS) repeater function allows you to expand the wireless network without using wires at all.
